Description

We are seeking an accounts receivable associate at our headquarters. Reconcile and process all paper, electronic, and credit card receipts not auto posted through Peoplesoft and handle payments (checks) not posted through A/R systemResearch unidentified Accounts Receivable checks Verify all payment information is accurate and applied to proper customer accountsAble to use web based image applicationProcess and reconcile daily bank deposits (non a/r and a/r) Knowledge of PeopleSoft Applications a plus Retrieve, compile, and process all Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT’s)Research and retrieve Imaged Check RequestOther Accounts Receivable duties upon request

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\t1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related area of corporate accounting

•\tExperience in Excel and comfortable with pivot tables, v-lookups, and other advanced functions

•\tExcellent communication skills and ability to work with both internal and external customers

•\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team

•\tDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
