Junior Administrative Support Representative (PCD) - GRU
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Junior Admin Support Representative performs a wide variety of routine administrative support tasks in such functional areas as finance, payroll, human resources, etc. or for a specific project/business/technical unit. + Compiles records and tracks and verifies the accuracy of data. + Uses the computer to generate reports, tables, graphs and correspondence. + Gathers information from multiple sources and reconciles report discrepancies. + Communicates with both external and internal customers. + Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. **Role is part time – 6 hours a day** What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Interpersonal skills necessary to make inquiries and clarify information + Detail skills necessary to ensure that information is accurate and correct; that documents are grammatically correct, and that work is completed in a timely manner + Organizational skills necessary to follow detailed job instructions, order or prioritize daily work activities, and balance multiple assignments + Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (supletivo) + Must have basic level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Be at least 18 years of age + Be authorized to work in Brazil + Must be fluent, written and verbally in Portuguese + Possess entry-level computer skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation + Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays + **Be eligible for the PCD Program (Programa de Pessoa com Deficiência).** What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) N/A Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing Our culture is rooted in a shared dedication to living our values – Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork – every day, in everything we do.
