We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Administrator Document Controller based full time in our Benelux operation based in Bornem & Waterloo.

 

This is a varied role working as part of a busy Administration team. The successful candidate will be working with and providing support to the Antwerp & Brussels Reception. Other duties will include administrative assistance and supporting the Department with any other adhoc duties as required.

Responsibilities Meeting with Clients / Visitors to the OfficeIssuing of Visitor / Contractor Security badgesOrganising couriers, taxis and deliveriesBooking of meeting rooms on ibooking and arranging catering for same as requiredWorking with the Benelux Administration Team providing support to various departments as requiredCompiling project documents including minutes, reports, contact registers and meeting schedules for exampleIssuing documents through our document databases and platformsProviding support to the Facilities Team ordering office supplies, stationery and managing and receipting PO’sGeneral administration - creating proposal numbers, collecting information coming from various sources and collating them according to PM Group's standard templates and house styleParticipating in the onboarding process Qualifications At least a Primary Degree in Administration 1 to 3 years experience as a Receptionist is an advantageFriendly, positive and flexible attitude to workAbility to work on own initiativeStrong multi-tasking and prioritisation skillsProfessional and courteous telephone mannerStrong communication skills in Dutch or French & English.Very good knowledge of Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Are you an analytical thinker, stress-resistant and a team player?Driving licence requiredMainly office based role – split between Bornem/Waterloo office depending on need
