Department Overview
The Reporting & Analytics team works with internal departments (e.g. Finance, Creative Services, Research and Data Services, Human Resources) in Bain offices across the world. Based in our Global Business Services office in Warsaw, our team provides our clients with the highest quality of reporting support.
The Role
Main responsibilities of Junior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics will include updating existing reports as well as structuring data and building dashboards for new ones. This person will play a key role in building GBS Reporting Centre of Excellence brand across our Global & Regional clients. Strong Excel skills and fluent English are essential for this position. Daily work with large and complex datasets will require an analytical mindset and attention to detail. Tableau will become a tool used every day : no prior knowledge of this program is required, but the candidate needs to be willing to learn it on the job. The successful candidate should be outstanding individual performer with team player attributes to help building a strong and efficient Reporting & Analytics team within Global Business Services in Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
Growing Tableau & Alteryx expertise through hands on work experienceMaintaining recurring reporting in Tableau and other toolsOptimizing the existing reports and finding new solutions to improve user experienceWorking with a wide range of datasources including Bain systems, SQL databases and Excel spreadsheets.Developing new reporting tools and solutionsContribution to Bain reporting standards creationSharing BDPs across the GBS Reporting teamExcept core operational responsibilities, Junior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics will participate in various projects related to GBS Reporting Centre of Excellence.
Requirements:
University degree in a financial, business or quantitative field of studyStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of Tableau, Alteryx , SQL or other data visualization/data prep tools will be a great asset Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, professional approach to clients and commitment to meeting deadlinesFluent English (C1 level)We offer:
