Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetingsMarket research may require travel within the region subject to visa issues in order to conduct field researchSupport the team in the preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposalsContribute to the successful execution of other research and marketing initiatives as neededReport to the head of valuations as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis

Skills and Competencies:

Strong financial and analytical background with attention to detailStrong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasksAbility to coordinate tasks in accordance with prioritiesShow proof of rigor and autonomy when workingAbility to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding

Professional Competencies:

Good report-writing skills in MS WordAbility to prepare succinct PowerPoint presentationsExcellent understanding of MS Excel and modellingStrong communication skills

Other Competencies:

Willingness to take on new challengesEfficiently use words to communicate complex ideasExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBe capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback

Qualifications:

0-1 years in Real Estate IndustryGraduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Real Estate / Finance

Basic knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry
