What you will do as our a Junior Assistant & Office Coordinator As a Junior Assistant & Office Coordinator, you’ll be managing the day-to-day operations of our office while supporting key leaders with administrative and organizational tasks.. Your responsibilities will include overseeing office administration, managing supplies, and assisting with executive tasks such as travel arrangements and event planning. You would also: + Coordinate daily office procedures, including managing renovations and maintaining health and safety compliance. + Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring efficiency and functionality. + Plan and execute engaging office activities to foster collaboration and teamwork. + Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the management team and support event planning. + Assist the Executive Assistant with administrative tasks, mailbox management, and progress tracking on planned activities. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who: + Has 2 years of experience in a similar role or performing related tasks. + Is proficient in English & Swedish + Is experienced in Microsoft Office 365 tools. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments where multitasking and prioritizing are key.
