Responsibilities include managing customer data, handling price inquiries & overseeing renewals along with publisher expertise of basic level. This role significantly enhances customer relationships and optimizes operational efficiency throughout these activities. He/She will work in a team which is involved in a wide variety of tasks that will help grow the business and focus on efficiency, accuracy and speed of processing. The focus is global, with direct reporting to the Procurement Operations Team Leader at SW&C Marketplace Delivery and close collaboration with the Regional Delivery Leaders. The Procurement Operations team is one of the fastest growing units in SoftwareOne’s SW&C Marketplace Delivery and currently looking for motivated and experienced employees to take the next step in its development as operational backbone for SoftwareOne’s strategy and vision towards Software Portfolio Management. Responsible for organizing quotes from publishers and suppliers. Maintains basic level knowledge of service and solution offerings specific to publisher and is a customer facing resource for sales activities alongside SoftwareOne resources. Researches and gathers all necessary information to complete tasks. Communicates promptly and effectively via emails, reports, and reminders. Achieves organizational goals by embracing new and diverse requests and identifying opportunities to enhance job performance. Supports requests from customers, partners, sales representatives, and other operations team members. Collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve procurement objectives.
