Your main responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using industry-leading automation tools.
• Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights and provide recommendations for process optimization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve automation strategies and best practices.
• Document automation workflows, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Skills:
Experience or knowledge in process automation and data analysis is a plus, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate) is an advantage.Knowledge and competency in Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.Power Query knowledge is a big plus.Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in automation projects is desirable but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting purposes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, VBA or similar languages) to automate processes and perform data analysis.Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in the field of process automation and AI.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative setting.Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.What we offer:
