Key reponsabilities
1. Brand Development & Marketing Plan Management and Execution
- Work with EMEA cluster brand managers to develop brand strategy and positioning- Develop local brand execution strategy in collaboration with EMEA brand manager based on agreed positioning- Strengthen brand position and increase market share by delivering best performing campaigns and activities- Drive business growth in line with agreed company, EMEA, MU & brand objectives•Develop, manage and execute the 360’ 1-year local marketing plan of the brands of responsibility targeting Consumers covering product portfolio, pricing management, communication & media, promotions, trade marketing, distribution•Manage external relations with agencies for local campaign implementation, PR, sponsorships and media plan•Brief, manage and evaluate media plans with media agency of the local brand activation campaigns•Develop, lead, successfully manage, implement and evaluate key marketing projects part of the annual plan•Work together with central brand team to deliver best in class campaign playbooks for translations & adaptations•Responsible for communication concept adaptations and translations•Manage the A&P budget for areas of responsibility2. Local Portfolio Lifecycle Management
•Manage product launches and delisting in close collaboration with local and EMEA stakeholders•Responsible for managing local product strategy and assortment optimizing together with EMEA Product Teams•Provide reporting and/or comments on EMEA reporting per agreed schedule including actions against the marketing plan, budget, complexity reduction KPIs incl. managing market performance and segment share•Ensures Product Data Sheets, usage instructions and other product texts in local language3. Local Channel, Trade, Shopper & Digital Marketing Activations
•Work closely with channel marketing manager on trade marketing campaigns, introductions & promotions•Participate in training for field staff and customers on new marketing/sales campaigns and product introductions•Work closely with local & EMEA Digital Marketing to ensure websites, SoMe and PIM are up to date and enriched4. Local trends, Research & Insights
•Develop, participate in and evaluate research and analysis for market trends and competitor insights•Become the recognised local expert on the requirements to win with consumer and professionals in the market.5. Local & EMEA Team Responsibilities
•Representation of local marketing for consumers within the relevant EMEA marketing teams•Work closely with EMEA teams, sales, channel marketing and supply chain functions on forecasts, promotions, introductions, design, distribution and product specifications/changes as neededKey Experiences Required
•Degree in marketing, international business, or a related field, or equivalent proven professional experience. •2-3 years of working experience in brand, trade, consumer marketing•Knowledge of key marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.•Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at the same time, to deliver results on time and within budget•Experience in managing operational brand plans, including brand budget.•Experience in evaluating and managing brand performance in a market by using KPIs (ex. market share, brand awareness)Mobility and languages
Very good skills in spoken and written Italian & English
Might require some travels, 5-10% working time
