THE ROLE: Junior Merchandising Brand Manager
A Junior Merchandising Brand Manager to join the team to partner with Brands to drive their business on our Online Marketplace, Shop Premium Outlets. Brand relationships are of the utmost importance to us and a key tenant of our mission is to help our brand partners thrive. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and drive results for contemporary and luxury Brands, big and small!
What You’ll Do:
Direct and grow a select number of Brands within a category(s) working directly with Brand partners to drive sales on our platform through securing best promotions, exclusives, pricing and inventory Develop an understanding of your assigned brand, products, and target audience Act as the category steward and suggest best/emerging brands to acquire to drive category(s) Develop quarterly strategic marketing plans for Brand based on Shop PO programming and brand promotional strategies Partner with several cross functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Product and Engineering to ensure brands and categories needs are met from marketing strategies, site experience, brand acquisition, brand onboarding and selling platform optimizationsAbout You:

2-3 years of proven experience in brand management or in a retail ecommerce role Passion for product and a love of retail Inquisitive, with a curiosity to understand the intricacies of brands, their product and customer Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Acute attention to detail to achieve successful and profitable sales Proven analytical skills and are a risk taker Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and vendor/brand management experience Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting rigorous deadlines Inquisitive, eager to learn from business trends and use feedback for future business improvementsExpected Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
