Junior Brand Manager - Key Accounts

We invite applications for a Junior Brand Manager who will contribute to the market positioning of our key account brands. You will ensure that all marketing and communication efforts align with this positioning, targeting both Hearing Care Professionals and end users. Your efforts will enhance awareness and motivate a greater number of people to focus on their hearing health.

As our key account brands gain prominence, you will have the opportunity to shape and establish processes within this segment of the business. You will be instrumental in expanding our global marketing and communication initiatives through integrated campaigns and programs that create a positive reputation, engage customers, and both potential and existing end-users.

The Key responsibilities of the role:

Brand & Communication Planning: Support the development of brand and communication plans for key account brands, defining themes, global campaigns, and key activities for activation across global channels and markets.

Campaign Execution: Assist with global initiatives, product introductions, and programs with clearly defined goals, ensuring they are in harmony with the brand strategy.

Creative Briefing: Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external agency partners to ensure that creative outputs align with the brand plan, maintaining consistent messaging with a digital-first and omnichannel approach.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to current workflows across teams, including Creative In-House Agency, Product Marketing, Product Management, and local markets.

Project Oversight: Ensure that brand and communication activities and assets are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget, facilitating central and local implementation in collaboration with the Creative In-House Agency team.

Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects across different key accounts simultaneously, maintaining an overview of tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Collaborative Planning: Work closely with marketing colleagues both within your team and in global key markets to ensure efficient planning, aligned marketing priorities, and the activation of prioritized campaigns and programs.

Asset Management: Maintain and regularly update marketing assets widely used within the Hearing division.

We imagine that you possess the following:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: in marketing project management or communication planning with an international focus in B2B2C marketing channels.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector is beneficial due to regulatory requirements, but not mandatory.

Project Management Skills: Capable project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify project scope, provide timelines, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables.

Digital Focus: Experience in asset creation with a digital-first mindset in campaign development.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required

Experience with Project Management Tools: e.g., Asana, Wrike is seen as a plus.

Process Improvement: Experience in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Attitude: A resourceful outlook, keen on pursuing diverse tasks and adjusting plans as the situation requires, contributing original ideas to project management obstacles.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
