Join Mondelez International as Junior Brand Manager in the Baltic Region

We're seeking an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager to support marketing activities for selected brands from Mondelez's portfolio in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, working with iconic global brands like Milka and Oreo, as well as cherished local favorites.

Position: Junior Brand Manager - Mondelez Baltics

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Region: Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia

Department: Part of Mondelez Poland and Baltics Marketing Team

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of brand marketing plans and campaigns across the Baltic marketsAssist in gathering consumer insights and monitoring market trends and competitor activitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activitiesSupport new product launches and packaging updates with day-to-day coordinationHelp prepare regular brand performance reports and presentationsAssist in managing relationships with agencies and vendors

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field0-2 years of marketing experience, internship experience in FMCG is a plusFluent English language skills (required)Good analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGenuine interest in marketing and brand buildingBasic project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasksProactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Salary proposed on this job position: 2 950 EU gross - 3 700 EU gross depending on the candidate's experience.
