Responsibilities
· Become familiar with client business challenges and technologies in order to act as a SME and trusted advisor to client stakeholders
· Act as key player in a team environment through all phases of the system delivery lifecycle
· Perform gap analysis to identify gaps within the team, and propose alternative solutions that will fulfill the business needs
· Work with client stakeholders to understand high level business needs and elicit detailed requirements using various methods
· Analyze business requirements and translate into quality solution design documentation
· Provide project specific support to Project Manager
· Assist Project Manager in report preparation
· Maintains project documentation repositories.
· Track project costs and communicate with Project Manager and client as appropriate
· Assists in the planning, preparation, and maintenance of project team schedules, documents work plan updates, maintains project issues logs and databases.
· Supports the project manager in monitoring and controlling project status updates, communication, planning and execution.
Desired Skills/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· One to four years of relevant work experience
· Previous experience in the Financial domain is essential
