Collaborating with manager and consultants to effectively document SRS (System Requirements Specification) Ensuring that the appropriate infrastructure elements, such as documents, policy documents, manuals, periodicals, etc. Weekly meeting with user to accommodate any change of requirements before the project started Checking and analyzing derived requirements that meet the customers requests Outlining specifications of the requirements using standard templates for both cases and detailed software Monitoring the changes in baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools Contributing to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing test execution as required Assisting with the development and preparation of the organization strategy and general business planning Maintain contact with internal and external “client/customers” relating to analysis Maintain accurate records Assist project area with regulatory work Complete data review and analysis Troubleshoot issues related to a client’s account Work directly with IT for the testing of new system enhancements
