We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities:
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision-making.
+ Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify business objectives, and ensure alignment of strategies.
+ Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
+ Assist senior analysts and management in implementing new systems, processes, and tools to enhance business performance.
+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business performance against objectives.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
+ 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis or data-focused role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Experience in the BPO or contact center industry is an advantage.
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
+ Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.
