Process Documentation and Requirement Analysis: * Assist in documenting existing processes and system workflows * Support the evaluation and analysis of current tools, identifying areas of inefficiency and redundancy * Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed requirements System Optimization: * Help propose and implement standard processes for deployment * Assist in recommending and implementing a cohesive, streamlined single solution, replacing outdated and manual tools * Support the development and maintenance of a roadmap for system enhancements and upgrades Financial Acumen: * Apply financial acumen to understand and assist in managing fund allocations tied to our partners * Help monitor and report on financial performance metrics related to partner funding Data Expertise: * Demonstrate basic knowledge in data flows, data modeling, and database technologies, ensuring seamless integration within our systems * Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements Requirements Documentation: * Assist in documenting comprehensive requirements and workflow designs, ensuring clarity and precision * Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and development teams * Help create user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams Collaborative Support: * Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication * Provide support to senior analysts and project teams through the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing Change Management: * Assist in developing and executing change management plans to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes * Help train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
