Job Description Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our existing software platform by acting as a liaison between multiple teams, including UI developers, project managers, and the education department. Your focus will be on defining requirements, building out test cases, and ensuring that the user interface (UI) operates as expected, from button functionality to overall system interactions. Skills and Requirements - professional experience as a Junior Business Analyst (JR BA), Project Coordinator, or someone who has worked closely with UI teams in a QA/QC capacity. - proficient in the MS Office Suite, particularly MS Project, to create test cases and manage documentation. - Familiarity with user interface design and testing, particularly within an existing platform used internally as a software application. - Strong ability to work with multiple teams, including UI developers and other departments such as education. - A strong focus on ensuring the user interface functions correctly, including ensuring all buttons and tasks are performing as intended. - Not afraid to ask questions, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to resolve them in a collaborative environment. - proven experience showing his/herself as a self-Starter - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with JIRA is a plus. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
