Junior Business Analyst - Temporary Contract

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our Business Management Team in Central and Eastern Europe, in the exciting category of Personal Systems (Notebooks, Workstations, Displays, Accessories). In this role, you will work together with Product Managers, Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales Teams in all countries and support them with the needed data points to support a fact- based decision process. You will be able to join exciting projects driven by worldwide teams and contribute to the adoption of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence tools in HP’s decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

Consolidate large data sets to retrieve the latest status of key business metricsAnalyze historical data and market trends to identify business optimization opportunitiesContribute to internal projects on the development of business indicators dashboardsAdvise Product Managers on ideal portfolio setups based on sales performance indicatorsUse AI based tools to derive conclusions out of large data setsPresent findings to a community of Business Managers spread across Europe

What We Expect:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detailGood capabilities in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)Fluent in English, Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong Excel, PowerPoint and M365 CoPilot knowledgeFamiliarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence toolsBasic knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
