About the Role
The Risk Business Analysis team is responsible for data analytics for the Worldwide Risk department. You will support all teams within the department with the interrogation, analysis and reporting of data in order to improve fraud and credit risk management, minimise loss and increase operational efficiencies within Worldwide Risk. Reporting in to the Risk Business Analysis Manager, you will have strong data analysis skills and a passion for problem solving. Experience working with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or MS Access are essential.

Day to day key duties include:
Manage Daily, Weekly and Monthly processes relating to the Worldwide Risk Investigations teamManage any data requests not related to Investigations, Analysis or Collections Including those from other teams, e.g. Credit or OperationsProvide cover to Risk Business Analysts in other regionsManage fraud data reporting to merchantsUpdate and refresh all monthly internal data sources Assist with RiskNet related projects and queriesDownload data and update the daily Aging databasesAssist with compiling the Loss books on a monthly basis Attend meetings when requested to scope projects and provide local or process knowledge.Attend team meetings as representative of Risk Business Analysis and provide updates to the team and take any relevant notes to feed back to the RBA team.About You
Strong background in Business/Data Analytics (min 2 years experience)Degree in: Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field; or equivalent training or experience in lieu of degreeAbility to build stable working relationships Outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in pressurised situationsExcellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including the importing of data, building of macros and creation of advanced formulas.Highly motivated with the ability to analyse data and make judgemental decisions.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to explain data related processes.Committed to continuous improvement.Desirable:
