Junior Business Information Manager - Finance, Controlling

HEINEKEN Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. is looking for a Junior Business Information Manager in Budapest.

 

Main responsibilities:
 

The main purpose of the role is to translate business requirements into Business Solutions improvement opportunities, initiate development projects based on business needs, create and maintain the long term view and architecture of the company Business Solutions aligned with Global Business Solutions Architecture and Roadmaps.

Facilitate the company’s Business Process improvements by leveraging on Global Information Services capabilities.

Be the subject matter expert in the field of Finance and Controlling and act as single point of contact in IT towards the business as a trusted advisor

Support business with defining their functional requirements, BC preparation, challenge them against best business practices and application capabilities

Seek for best business process and application solution practices within bigger HEINEKEN organization (outside of the local organization)

Pro-actively suggest business systems improvements based on latest developments in the field

Deliver input to IT Manager/Business Solution Manager for yearly IT Strategic Action Plan definition

Lead IT projects: prepare project plans, project budgets project organization, seek approval from the steering committee

Manage project team and delivery of defined project, manage external suppliers

Provides day-to-day support to end users on specific IT application solutions (mainly SAP FICO, but also in MDM)

Co-operate with all support partners in order to achieve timely resolutions of assigned tickets

Management and monitoring of supplier contracts with objective to guarantee the required service level and cost-negotiate with supplier conditions of SLA and contracts

Assures proper data governance

Assures adherence to existing data standards, implement new global data standards

Seeks for continuous improvement of data quality based on data quality KPIs/dashboards
 

Requirements:
 

Min. 3 years of experience with SAP FICO in a similar role (Business experience is an advantage)

Deep understanding of FI-AM, CO-PA, Product costing is a big plus

Project Management experience is an advantage, hands-on experience with Agile is a plus

Working experience at multinational organization in FMCG is and advantage

BA degree in IT/Business Administration

Fluent English

Deep understanding of Business processes and IT

Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ITIL processes

Experience with formal master data management (tools, policies and processes)

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills: ability to speak non-IT business language to all levels (peer, superior, reports)

Knowledge of BI applications is an advantage
