As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst within our EMEA Analytics team, you will be focused on delivering data and dashboarding solutions. Collaborating closely with client and internal teams, you will leverage data to drive insights, enhance client value, and propel our business operations forward.Your role is nested within the larger EMEA Analytics team, ensuring synergy with a wide array of talent including data scientists and automation specialists. You will specialise in analysing and interpreting data, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions for both our clients & internal operations. Your exceptional analytical skills and understanding of BI tools, will enable you to visualise and communicate complex data effectively.
This role is not just about analysing numbers, it's about being at the heart of innovation and playing a key role in driving significant, positive change across our organisation.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver market, client, and operational intelligence.Support the presenting of complex data clearly to diverse audiences.Join calls with C&W teams to clarify outputs and data presentation queries.Convert strategic business inquiries into actionable insights by actively seeking out necessary analytics resources and requirements.Create prototype solutions such as reports and dashboards to visually represent complex data sets and support insight generation.Assist in driving collaboration with the wider EMEA Analytics team to implement process improvements and new data presentation products.Deliver on the project and goals assigned to you.Support change adoption of new processes in the UK & Ireland businesses.Requirements:
Fluent English is a requirement.Bachelor’s degree in a Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Real Estate or Technology related subject.Common MS Office applications to excellent levels including SharePoint and OneDrive.Experience in data analysis and the Microsoft Power platform preferable (Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps)Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills. Good team player, also able to work independently.Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks.Curiosity and drive to solve problems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ready to engage with stakeholders in the UK & Ireland and other countries.0-2 years' experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply too)We foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.
