Junior Change Manager
Job Description:Looking for mid-level 6 to 8 years of overall experience with below role / skills.• Provide support to the Change and Release Management areas with respect to day-to-day operations, specialty projects, and ad-hoc requests• Review and approve daily Routine type change requests submitted via the SNOW system.• Review normal and emergency type change requests and help prepare for the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.• Assist with change and release management workflow regression testing, utilizing test cases in support of monthly SNOW releases.• Update and maintain regression test cases based on monthly SNOW enhancements and defect fixes.• Collaborate and assist in monthly change request reporting statistics by creating and developing an automated• solution utilizing the SNOW system.• Assist the team with converting manual regression test cases to an automated testing solution.• Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments related to following up with end users on expired change requests requiring action• Create documentation and reports, as needed.• The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
