Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated civil engineer to assist the Project Manager on site civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of civil engineering, including the preparation of site, grading, utility, and erosion control plans. This role focuses on planning residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments, determining feasibility, and assessing land to ensure it supports the intended project.

ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager on all design work for land site development projects, including water/waste water, sewer, storm systems, drainage, surfaces, building, grading work, and layouts.Prepare site, grading, utility, and erosion control plans.Plan and assess the feasibility of residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments.Coordinate multiple projects efficiently.Communicate effectively and manage time well.Essential SkillsB.S. in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of design experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D.Experience in civil site design and land development.EIT certification preferred.Strong verbal communication and time management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPermitting and hydrology study preparation experience is beneficial.Willing to consider new graduates with 6+ months of internships.Experience with industrial, residential, retail, and commercial projects.Work Environment

Our office is located in Historic Roswell, Georgia, within the former mills of the Roswell Manufacturing Company. The beautiful Roswell Mill, complete with a waterfall and hiking trails, provides a scenic and inspiring work environment. We offer flexible working hours (8-5 or 9-3) and a hybrid schedule after a 45-day probationary period (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.60
