As a Junior Cloud Operations Specialist, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 600 colleagues dedicated to sup-porting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. Joining us, you will take part in our mission to make a real difference for colleagues near and far.

 

How you will make an impact

As a Junior Cloud Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring cloud systems and ensuring their optimal performance. Troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues. Collaborate closely with the Cloud Operations department. Collaborating with other teams to implement cloud solutions. Assisting in the development and deployment of cloud-based applications. Providing support and guidance to other departments on cloud-related matters.

 

You will be part of a collaborative team made of people specializing in different IT fields, that works closely with various IT departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

 

As part of the Operations Centre team you will have a chance to experience and gain knowledge in IT fields like Network and ESXi, as you will also need to perform very basic troubleshooting in these fields, based on knowledge articles.

 

Work time is shift based, 24/7 (afternoon, weekend & night shifts rotated within the team).

 

What will make you successful

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and personal characteristics:

1-2 years of experience working in the IT field Basic knowledge of the Azure cloud platform. Good problem solving skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent ability to learn and articulate technical concepts. Ability to empathize with End-Users and convey confidence Strong documentation skills

 

Nice To Have

Azure Cloud experience/Certification Technical support experience ServiceNow experience ITIL Knowledge

 

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
