Position Summary
1. Support internal management decision-making by producing business performance analysis which is identified, measured and delivered economic information of business activities by accounting method.2. Establish management and execution plans and conduct financial supports such as managing actual implementation of plans to maximize business performance.
3. Optimize and efficiently manage internal policy & procedure based on business accounting standards and business circumstance.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Direct partner to Commercial teams (with respect to full P&L management) in processes of Planning and ad-hoc business analysis,Ensuring Commercial teams get the information and tools required to manage Products/Channels/Customers in the area of full P&L,Management reporting process – weekly based as well as during Planning and after Month Closing,Ensuring full transparency of the reported numbers, so that management can understand their numbers and contribution to overall results,Planning, Controlling and Month Closing from financial perspective of full Product P&L,Ownership of contract signing and condition management – ensuring proper condition are set and accruals posted, accurate data is reported,Active contribution to the profit improvement and sales target achievement of the Product/Channels by working on and identifying appropriate KPI’s indicators and systematic review of performance,Leadership in Controlling areas (promoting business partner approach between finance and commercial teams to leverage financial acumen).Expectations:
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position,Very good MS Excel knowledge,Excellent communication skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Problem-solving skills,English knowledge on communicative level both verbal and written.What we offer:
