Junior Contract Analyst - Position Description

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in support of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Systems Acquisition, Engineering, In-Service Sustainment and Logistics, and Information Assurance to government clients in 20 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Junior Contract Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:

      Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

        Supports the Contract Management Lead Analyst in providing contract analysis and reconciliation support for all PMS 377 shipbuilding contracts.  Data maintained, reviewed and analyzed should include total funding placed on contract through contract modification or Delivery Order, status of funding by Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN), Sub-Line Item Number (SLIN), and Accounting Classification Reference Number (ACRN), status of invoices, status of withholds, funds expiration dates, periods of contractual performance, and contract ceilings        Ensures team members are properly trained and knowledgeable in their area of responsibilities in support PMS 377, including access to relevant databases and systems.

Experiences:

        1 or more years professional experience with Navy shipbuilding programs.         1 or more years of Navy, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding, professional experience in contract execution, monitoring and/or management.
