About the Role: Are you detail-oriented and skilled in contract management? Join our team as a Junior Contracts Analyst, where you will support the Procurement Contracts Team and manage various contract-related tasks. This position is perfect for those who thrive in evening hours, offering a flexible schedule that suits your lifestyle.What You Will Do:Oversee the Contracts Team alias email account, responding to all inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.Assist the entire Procurement Contracts Team with various tasks.Create and revise templates, and manage all content on the Contracts Review website.Train other teams and individuals within the S2S organization on the Procurement Contracts Team roles, responsibilities, database, and processes. Be available for questions at all times.Handle all changes to the DSA Matrix.Prepare for meetings, order supplies, and manage general communications.Maintain the contracts archive.Working Hours: 15:00 - 24:00 Romania Time.Qualifications:Knowledge of contracts, preferably purchasing agreements.Excellent written and oral communication skills.High level of customer service attitude and personal motivation.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.Comfortable exercising independent judgment.Excellent analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills.Experience with Oracle applications (desired).Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress and time-critical deadlines.Dedication to standard process implementation.Excellent research and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.Ability to handle potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy, and tact.0-2 years of relevant experience.Join Us!If you are ready to start your career as a Junior Contracts Analyst, we encourage you to apply.
