You’ll dive deep into financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, gaining hands-on experience that will take your skills to the next level. **Responsibilities** + Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements – because accuracy matters + Collaborating on budget planning and forecasts, turning data into strategic insights + Keeping an eye on budgets, actuals, and client profitability – so everything adds up + Diving into project controlling, ad hoc reports, and cost management + Working closely with the Shared Service Center, partner agencies, and DACH teams + Being the go-to person for finance & controlling matters within our agency teams **Qualifications** + 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role – you’ve got the basics, now you’re looking to grow + A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance & controlling + You enjoy working in an English-speaking environment and feel comfortable communicating in English – no hesitation! If you also speak German, that’s a great plus + A knack for Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas? No problem.
