With a supportive and high-performing team, you will have access to ongoing professional growth opportunities and career development within Fluke and the broader Fortive organization. **What this role entails:** + Perform monthly payroll journal entries based on HR/payroll provider data and maintain payroll-related accruals. + Review, analyze, and correct payroll transactions across all Fluke EMEA cost centers. + Manage the payroll cost budget and provide monthly forecast updates. + Ensure accurate and timely month-end close and reporting within tight deadlines. + Support internal and external compliance audits, including SOX, internal audits, and other regulatory requirements. You will be part of the EMEA Controlling team (14 FTE), working alongside Financial Controllers, Junior Controllers and VAT Controllers. The team is international, diverse, and highly collaborative, providing a supportive environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and professional development. **What we are looking for:** **A. Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, or accounting. + 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related function within an international environment. + Familiarity with US GAAP, statutory tax regulations, and compliance requirements. + Payroll experience is a plus but not mandatory. + Strong command of English, both written and verbal. **B.
