Junior Coordinator 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Execute TV tag & customer TV development for dedicated brands in CHC portfolio 

• Support brand managers in claim and creative development process 

• Develop, execute and evaluate PR activities 

• Co-ordination of e-commerce assets / website content localisation with the supervision of Brand managers / Digital managers 

• Supports brand team in translation of marketing materials to Czech & Slovak language 

• Manage & co-ordinate multi-brand activities 

• Provide support in market research projects in CZ / SK 

• Co-ordination of BTL activities as new launches, samplings, stickering, presence on local events, activities on cycle meetings etc. 

• Work together with agencies as key contact for POs and invoices (+ archivation) 

• Supervise administration of marketing team (travel requests, division orders, P&I administration, edam etc.) 

• Full co-ordination of participation on congresses & KOL alignments, incl. negotiation, presence, administration 

• Prepare regular analysis for brands 

• Any ad-hoc project 

Who You Are:  

• Education: University degree preferably in business administration or economics with focus on marketing  

• Experience: 1-2 year experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or FMCG sector  

• Competences: good relationship building and communicating skills, result orientation, good project management skills, analytical skills, flexibility, integrity
