Legal Department is seeking a Jr. Corporate Legal Counsel to join the Corporate Legal Team.   Key responsibilities of the position are:
·        Provide legal counsel and guidance on corporate legal matters, including but not limited to contract negotiations and corporate governance
·        Completing daily legal tasks that include monitoring legal and procurement processes
·        Drafting agreements, amendments, notification letters and other legal documents
·        Collaborate closely with other departments to address legal issues affecting the corporate operations
·        Enhance, support, and develop automation and project management processes for the corporate legal department’s operation   Requirements: L.L.B from a top academic institution 2-4 years of experience after internship, preferably from a legal department of a company A "go-getter" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent English [speaking and drafting] – proven experience in working in an English-speaking environment Strong understanding of corporate governance requirements High attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels Utilize strong analytical skills to assess complex legal issues and provide clear recommendations Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment High degree of professional ethics, Loyalty and integrity Technical knowledge in legal or procurement operations – an advantage
