Reporting to the Europe Talent Acquisition Specialist, and as an integral part of Questel’s HR Team, this role is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies across Europe to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for Questel and its subsidiaries.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborating with department managers to draft accurate job ads and define hiring criteria that align with business needs Executing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple European markets by leveraging Linkedin, job boards, networking, and other innovative sourcing methods Screening applications, conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates and checking references to ensure a strong match for the role Assisting with all the stages of the interview process until extending contract offers Cultivating and ensuring a positive candidate experience reflecting Questel’s corporate values and employer brand Maintaining compliance with European employment laws and regulations including equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Local HRs, Hiring Managers) Working on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

What you’ll need to succeed:

Education or background in Organizational Psychology, HR or any related field (preferred) Strong understanding of company structures, roles and business functions is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multilingual Connector: fluency in English and German is required. Slovene is highly desirable Highly organized and detailed-oriented: ability to manage multiple tasks independently, keep track of your activity and communicate challenges effectively Analytical mindset with a passion for exploring sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, networking and referrals
