We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Creative Producer to join our team. As a Creative Producer focusing on client relations, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and overseeing the creative production process. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded, while also leading and managing a team of creatives to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining positive relationships throughout the production process Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them Lead the creative development process, including brainstorming, conceptualizing, and pitching ideas to clients Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget Work closely with the production team to ensure that all creative work is produced to the highest standard Provide regular project updates to clients and ensure that their feedback is incorporated into the production process Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and stay up-to-date on trends and best practices
