In this role you will monitor customer accounts, track, and address open items, overdue receivables and arrange their settlement. Your eye for detail, your precise way of working and good communication skills creates value beyond numbers. **The job shall be hybrid - we are located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.** **Kind request to applicants - please submit your application in English.** **Job Responsibilities** **Your tasks:** + Following up and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure prompt and on-time payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items. + Making decisions about release of blocked orders in cooperation with other team members. + Assessing credit risk and performing creditworthiness analysis of the customers, to make decisions about order releases, as well as credit limits in accordance with delegation of power. + Maintaining accurate credit data and collection files. + Maintaining electronic collection notes for each customer account. + Identifying root causes of issues that cause receivable aging. + Reporting findings to the management and to suggest & perform possible courses of action to remedy. **Background & Skills** **Your professional profile:** + At least secondary education; higher education in Finance & Accounting or European language philology would be a strong asset. + Strong in business writing and in professional communication with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. + Basic MS Office knowledge: SAP knowledge would be an advantage to this role. + Customer focus and interpersonal skills securing helpful resolutions on queries and disputes. + Ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines and an occasionally stressful environment. + **Strong knowledge of English language (both verbal and written) is a must.** + **Other languages – Lithuanian and/ or Latvian are a strong asset.** **Employee Benefits** Among the benefits we offer with the employment are: + Medical care, life insurance & sport card. + Annual bonus depending on company result. + Multilingual team and friendly work atmosphere. + Life insurance. + PPE – long- term saving program. + Employee assistance program.
