What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? 

Job Complexity:

Credit collection activities,Support the business,Review and controlling of specific ordersNegotiation to establish recovery plans,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practicesConstantly update of dedicated report

What we are looking for:

At least 1 year experience in a similar roleBachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.Business fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.Strong analytical skills with attention to details.Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skillsAutonomous, proactive way of working
