Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Junior Credit Control Analyst - part-time (6 hours)
to join our Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) Finance team in our Szentendre office.
As FCSD Junior Credit Control Analyst you will be responsible for conducting in-depth credit analysis of Ford dealers, Fleet, and B2B customers, utilizing financial data, key performance indicators, and external bureau information to assess creditworthiness and borrowing capacity.
This includes determining appropriate risk mitigation actions and executing strategies to minimize credit risk exposure for FCSD-E.
You will have the authority to make customer trade credit related decisions and will be responsible for regular credit watch tasks, supporting aged receivables recovery, and maintaining close communication with key contacts in Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Credit Analysis: Support the Credit Limit Control team in Hungary to analyze financial data of European Ford dealers, Fleet and B2B customers, determination of financial and operating key figures, assessment of financial trends based on audited accountsAssessment of creditworthiness and borrowing capacity, reflect adequate securities or other risk mitigation actions, e.g. payment terms, payment methods (e.g. letter of credit, pre-payments in advance, cash on documents etc.) to reduce potential losses and bad debts for Ford Customer Service Division Europe (FCSD-E)Control and execute current strategy to minimize Credit Risk exposure for FCSD-E, i.e. daily control of receivables control, review of outstandings and aged receivablesRegular credit watch tasks, i.e. prepare, propose and submit annual credit reviews, overrun requests, interim credit limit increases payment plans etc. Regular contact and exchange of information with relevant key contacts, e.g. Finance, Accounting, Collections Teams, Sales and Marketing in the marketsDaily checks of customers regarding credit limits and aged receivables.
