Provides detailed financial analysis to the company's new and existing commercial loan clients. Conducts research on different industries to develop comparative financial figures against the company’s new and existing clients that are subject to credit evaluation and corporate due diligence. Review and evaluate the submitted initial screening process to determine the acceptability of the loan applicants. Prepares credit score cards for commercial loan clients using the company’s existing credit scoring system. Establish and implement policies and procedures with regard to loans and credit. Monitor routing of loan approval of accounts. Safe keeps the unit’s research materials on file.
