Junior Customer Service Specialist with Dutch
Your responsibilitiesContacting Dutch business (email and teams) regarding availability of goods, delivery date of order, complaints during delivery, etc.Entering new orders and managing EDI orders;Controlling delivery time of orders for individual customers;Changing address, date, warehouse, quantity of goods in orders;Creating technical complaints and issuing credit notes to the customer;Processing logistics complaints (analyzing the case, issuing credit notes, debit notes and returning goods if necessary, adjusting the warehouse);Creating credit and debit notes for invoices;Monthly checking of the compliance of orders with discount campaigns;working with SAP, Client Link, EproOur requirementsFluency in Dutch and English1 year of experience in a similar positionFamiliar with computer applications, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Good communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.ConscientiousnessAttention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain accuracy in data entry, order processing, and documentation.Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.Analytical Thinking: Develop analytical skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and assist in making data-driven decisions.Problem-Solving Abilities: Exhibit problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving discrepancies.Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.Inference skills: development of data handling, data processing and inference skills
