UMOWA NA ZASTĘPSTWO / REPLACEMENT CONTRACT
The Customer Service Back Office Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the back-office operations of the customer service department. Assists in various administrative tasks, order processing, data management, and documentation, contributing to the efficient functioning of the back-office team and ensuring smooth implementation of data into systems.
Key Responsibilities:Contacting Spanish business (email and teams) regarding availability of goods, delivery date of order, complaints during delivery, etc. Entering new orders and managing EDI orders; Controlling delivery time of orders for individual customers; Customer Creation and changing address, date, warehouse, quantity of goods in orders; Creating technical complaints and issuing credit notes to the customer; Releasing delivery notes Creating credit and debit notes for invoices; Month-End Close ProcessWorking with Oracle, EproQualifications: Polish, English and Spanish (B2 level) are required 1 year of experience in a similar position - would be considered an assetFamiliar with computer applications, including MS Office, Teams Good communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
