Junior Customer Success Manager - Retention & Growth Specialist

The CSM Retention and Growth specialist ensures that merchants continue using SumUp’s products over time, preventing churn and driving account growth.

What you’ll do:

 

Engage with merchants after they have activated their SumUp products, ensuring they reach their expected transaction volumes and maximize the use of SumUp’s products Conduct proactive outreach calls to merchants flagged as at-risk of churn, implementing tailored strategies to keep them engaged Conduct win-back campaigns for merchants who have already churn, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to encourage reactivation Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for additional SumUp product Drive merchants expansion strategies

 

What we’re looking for:

 

At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or sales-oriented role Experience in upselling and cross-selling in a B2B or Fintech environment is a strong plus Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both Italian and English and preferably Spanish Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
