Junior Data Analyst

Meet the Team 

We are a small, data centric, decision-making team who are responsible for setting routing and fraud prevention strategies and controls within our messaging platforms, which process billions of communications every month.

Your Impact 

On a day to day basis, you would be analysing data, spotting trends and anomalies and recommending or actioning changes to bring about security improvements and commercial benefits.  The nature of the role will be:

Fast paced - actionable insights will be expectedVaried – messaging is a rapidly moving industry and fraud techniques change frequentlyImpactful – changes based on analysis are likely to happen quicklyInteresting – for those who like to see the detail, understand systems and processes and can align these to the company and team strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong Excel and/or SQL skillsDesire to learn new technologies skillsInterest in fraud preventionInquisitive nature

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within messaging or telecoms industriesStrong communication skillsCommercial awareness in the digital communications marketRisk awareness approach
