We’ve planned a 6-month (July – December) fulfilling learning path that will grant you access to business know-how, relationship management and all sorts of engaging activities that make up the HP Way.
Each month is designed to provide a unique learning experience during which you will become familiarized with the activities, culture and organization.

What will your day consist of?

part of the Data & Analytics organizationresponsible for designing, developing, and implementing platforms and solutions for data consolidation, analysis, and visualization tsupport the organization in providing high-quality solutions to clients, partners, and internal HP teams.assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing large datasets from multiple sources.perform data analyses to discover patterns and correlations, transforming them into insights.contribute to the development and implementation of Machine Learning models: training, testing, optimizing, and evaluating the model using Python or similar programming languages.collaborate with other teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solution recommendations.document the latest trends and technologies in Data Science and Business Analytics.

Your Profile:

Enrolled in University or graduating after January 2025 in Cybernetics, Computer Science, or Statistics (or equivalent)Independent with a positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learnStrong written and verbal communication skills,Fluency in EnglishKnowledge of statistics and descriptive and predictive analysis.Familiarity with programming languages used in Data Science (e.g., Python, R) and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).Familiarity with data analysis libraries and tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).Analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent teamwork skills.
