The Deal Desk Team is responsible for managing certain aspects of the deal process, including creating new sale contracts, providing quoting support, and reviewing all standard and non-standard terms. Team members are tasked with continuously analyzing workflows to maximize efficiency and ensure cross-functional stability and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, be self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.

What You Will Get To Do:

Evaluate all contract requests to ensure they are structured and negotiated to comply with company policies. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure, contracting options, quoting, and approval processes. Act as the first point of contact for Sales for all contract-related questions, concerns, or escalations. Draft new sale contracts, correction letters, and other contract-related tasks from templates. Serve as a subject matter expert on contract documents, compliance policies, and operational systems, tools, and workflows. Review all sales agreements, including copy number, account name, licensing policy, offering consistency, pricing validation, date consistency for proration and renewals, and plug-in language. Flag non-standard customers and deals for Finance, Credit, and Renewals to lay the foundation for successful future billing and renewal events. Collaborate and communicate efficiently across multiple departments, including Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and Renewals. Identify areas where the team can add value, increase transparency, improve processes to support Sales teams, and enhance deal cycle time. Manage processes to analyze and reduce error rates, improving best practices and resulting in higher client satisfaction. Draft and return contract requests to the Sales team promptly to comply with revenue recognition guidelines, including working extended hours during quarter-end periods four times a year. 

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Self-motivated, highly organized, and thoroughly attentive to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels and functions within the organization. Quick learner with a strong aptitude for acquiring and applying new skills. Highly adaptable and proficient in mastering new concepts, tools, and technologies. Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications. Preferred understanding of Salesforce.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.

California: Salary range for the position: $65,000 USD to $72,000 USD.
