Job Title: Junior DesignerJob Description You will be focusing on production interior design, including handling off drawings and redlining. Knowledge or experience in commercial interior, tenant improvement (TI), or corporate office work is beneficial as these are the central project types. You must be comfortable working at a fast pace and have the ability to balance 3 to 4 projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to space plan effectively are also important. You will be using both Revit and AutoCAD daily, and putting together and handling construction documents to ensure project deadlines are met. Responsibilities + Focus on production interior design + Handle off drawings and redlining + Work on commercial interior, tenant improvement (TI), and corporate office projects + Balance 3 to 4 projects at a time + Utilize space planning effectively in blueprints and drawings + Communicate effectively with team members + Use Revit and AutoCAD software daily + Produce and manage construction documents + Conduct site surveys as part of project development Essential Skills + Experience in interior design + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit + Knowledge of commercial interior, tenant improvement (TI), and corporate office work + Ability to balance multiple projects + Effective space planning skills + Strong communication skills + Experience in producing and managing construction documents Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or design + Experience in site surveys + Familiarity with redlining and production design + Ability to handle CDs (construction documents) Work Environment The work environment is collaborative, with everyone having input.
