We are looking for a Junior Designer Outerwear HUGO Womenswear (m/f/d) to join our Design HUGO Womenswear team as soon as possible.

\n\n

The Position is limited. 

 

What you can expect:

\n\tPrepare and follow up on milestone meetings, both internal and external.\n\tConduct trend and innovation research, along with competitor benchmark analysis.\n\tProactively research for innovation, trends, sustainability, and technology, including new suppliers and managing the supplier portfolio.\n\tOversee the trim development process, including creative trims and linings, and maintain PLM/SAP for trims.\n\tMonitor the 3D digitization process and participate in HUGO BOSS's digital transformation.\n\tResponsible for SMS ordering and tracking, and collaborate closely with international suppliers and garment vendors.\n\tTravel to suppliers and attend industry fairs.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tEducation in fashion design with a focus on womenswear design.\n\tFirst professional experience in a similar position within a premium international environment.\n\tStrong sense of fashion and trends, with excellent conceptual and creative skills.\n\tOrganizational talent, assertiveness, and good communication skills.\n\tExcellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D.\n\tFluent English skills, with preferably knowledge of SAP/PLM.\n\tExperience in trimming research and development, considering market requirements, minimum quantities, costs, lead times, and sustainability targets.
