Key Responsibilities: 

Assist team through all phases from conception to construction and oversee multiple projects at once Experience working directly with clients Ability to create millwork detailing and elevation drawings efficiently Ability to create or assist in creating a full construction document set Experience keeping projects within budget and on timeline Adhering to firm’s design standards while contributing your own creative twist Specifying FF&E from luxury brands and vendors  

Skills and Experience: 

At least 2 years years of experience in Interior Architecture or Interior Design. 2 years must be from top-tier Hospitality firm Strong technical and conceptional design skills Experience drafting efficiently with Autocad, Revit or SketchUp Knowledge of FF&E vendors and experience sourcing Experience creating and getting quotes for custom FF&E pieces Strong verbal and written communications is a must Experience working on Design PresentationsWork on a Hybrid schedule with Boutique firm to create acclaimed Restaurant and Hotel projects!
