This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. You will be assessing vehicle damage, determining repair methods, and liaising with repair shops. You'll review claims, provide cost estimates, and keep customers informed, balancing technical assessments with customer interactions. You'll collaborate with the engineering team and other departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
