What you'll do:

 

Summary:

We are excited to bring on board a talented (Junior) Developer to join our dynamic German team. As a crucial part of our team, you will be able to develop innovative and user-friendly software solutions with a direct impact on S/4HANA and our large customer base’s cloud transition . Additionally, you will contribute to integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities to enhance our software.

 

As a (Junior) Developer, you will:

- Be trained to develop business critical software and offered growth opportunities during full career.

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code, ensuring robustness and scalability.

- Collaborate with our SAP internal stakeholders and customers to understand and translate innovative requirements into actionable development plans.

- Identify innovative solution designs and implement them in collaboration with your scrum team members, fostering a collaborative and international work environment.

- Adhere to agile software engineering principles, with a strong focus on user and customer-centric development.

- Integrate AI and ML models to automate routine tasks and improve overall system performance.

- Develop and implement AI-driven features such as smart error detection, predictive maintenance, and automated anomaly detection.

- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help in developing new features for our software tools.

- Stay updated with the latest AI and ML trends and technologies to continually optimize our solutions.

 

 

What you bring:

 

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

 

Skills and Experience:

- Strong development expertise in object-oriented languages.

- Experience in ABAP OO is a plus.

- Knowledge in cloud development processes, architecture, and operations.

- Familiarity with web services and current technology trends.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.

- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Strong time management skills.

- Knowledge of AI and ML concepts, with experience integrating AI models into software solutions.

- Very good English and German language skills—both verbal and written.

 

Technology:

- Demonstrated proficiency in object oriented development languages.

- Knowledge of SAP development environments and tools.

- Experience with Git and other version control systems.

- Familiarity with AI development frameworks.

- Understanding of cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

 

Work Experience:

- Professional experience as a full-stack software developer.

- Experience with AI/ML projects or integrations is highly beneficial.
