Description We are expanding our services, and to support this growth, we are looking for a **Junior Digital Communications Officer** to join our Policy In Action team. PIA provides programme and network support, technical assistance, and mutual (peer-based) learning and training services to European Union (EU) institution. Our portfolio of projects covers a range of policy areas, including employment, labour market, social inclusion and protection, education and training, and migration. **About the role:** The role will involve supporting the digital communications and visual development of several projects. We are looking for a candidate with experience in digital and visual communications who is willing to expand their knowledge and progress within this role at ICF. **Your main responsibilities will include:** + Support the content development of communication outputs, including creation of visuals. + Liaising with communications manager and specialists to improve and seek opportunities with increasing visibility of projects. + Ensure all online content follows the relevant project style guide and complies with accessibility requirements. + Sourcing relevant multimedia (photos, videos) to accompany online content and make minor edits. + Supporting and monitoring the communication mailbox, handling requests for graphic design and web support. **What we are looking for:** + University degree or equivalent experience in communications/cross media/graphic design or a related discipline. + Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. + With the support of senior graphic designer and communications specialists, develop visually compelling digital and print outputs (i.e. for social media, websites, and in-person events). + Experience developing written copy and supporting visuals for social media and web. + Knowledge of adobe creative cloud and/or Canva is a plus. + Strong organisational and coordination skills, including time management, multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including interacting with multi-national and multi-disciplinary stakeholders. + A C1 (or equivalent) level of English is required. \#Indeed #LI-CC1 **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
