What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). Those with other engineering degrees are also encouraged to apply.

Focus on Power Systems: Coursework in Power Systems (e.g., Power I and Power II) is highly desirable.

Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in learning computer-based modeling tools is essential.

Training and Development:

This role includes a 3-4 month training program combining hands-on experience and formal instruction to ensure success as a Junior Electrical Engineering.
